1. Avoid Unnecessary Stress

Not all stress is unavoidable. In fact, much of it can be eliminated by setting boundaries or rethinking your obligations. We help you:

  • Learn how to say no without guilt

  • Manage your time more effectively

2. Alter the Situation

If you can’t avoid a stressor, maybe you can change it. Altering your response might include:

  • Changing your environment

  • Making healthier choices in the moment

3. Adapt to the Stressor
